Cancellation policy

Some items available on our store may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or “try before you buy” purchases. This policy explains how you can manage or cancel these types of orders. 

 

Subscriptions 

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency and duration you selected. 

Your payment details are stored securely and you will be automatically charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance. 

Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. You can cancel your subscription at any time. 

To modify or cancel your subscription, use the links provided in your order confirmation email. You can manage your subscription directly from there.

Pre-orders 

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock or will be available at a later date. 

Depending on the situation, no payment or a partial deposit may be required at checkout. The full or remaining balance will be charged when the product is shipped. 

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. 

Once the order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may request a refund according to our return policy. 

 

Try Before You Buy 

Some items may be offered under a “try before you buy” option. 

In this case, your payment method is authorized at checkout but not immediately charged. 

You will have a set period of time to decide whether to keep the item. 

If the item is not returned within that time frame, the full amount will be automatically charged.
