Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Certain items cannot be returned, including: 

  • perishable goods (such as food or plants)
  • custom or personalized products
  • personal care goods

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order. 

 

European Union 14-day cooling-off period 

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. 

Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, with tags, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase. 

 

Refunds 

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
